FVAP Ready to Assist Election Officials on UOCAVA Saturday

Attn Election Officials: FVAP Available to Assist You on UOCAVA Saturday

Election Officials:

As you are all well aware, tomorrow is UOCAVA Saturday! To assist you as your office transmits requested absentee ballots to military and overseas citizen voters, FVAP will be standing by in case you have any questions. You can call us at 1-800-438-VOTE (8683) or send an email to vote@fvap.gov from 10:00am-3:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Additionally, we urge you to remind local election officials that ballots should be transmitted directly to the voter and not through our Electronic Transmission Service (ETS) unless there is an emergency within that jurisdiction, in which case we can help with transmission. Adding FVAP into the transmission of ballots to voters does not inject any additional service and may lead to voter confusion if they see an email from the election official and FVAP.

Again, thank you for all you do to support our military and overseas citizen voters and good luck tomorrow!.
