Universal Postal Union Withdrawal
Thank you for visiting FVAP.gov. As of September 25, 2019, The Universal Postal Union came to an agreement on rate changes. This means that the United States remains a member of the Universal Postal Union and international postal services will remain in place as they have in prior years.
It is no longer necessary to make alternative arrangements for the receipt or return of balloting materials; however, voters are encouraged to submit new Federal Post Card Applications as we approach the 2020 calendar year to ensure the most accurate information is on file for your local election official.
