May 13 - ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Maryland will hold its primary election on June 24. If you are a Maryland resident and want to vote in the primary, you must be registered by June 3. If you live outside Maryland and need to register to vote absentee, you can do so using the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) available at If you complete and return this form, Maryland will register you as an absentee voter and send you your ballot for all elections this year.

If you are already registered in Maryland, you must request your ballot by mail or fax no later than 8 PM on June 17 or by email or online by 11:59 PM on June 20 if you want to vote in the primary.
