Voting Assistance Guide
The Voting Assistance Guide (VAG) is a compilation of absentee voting regulations, laws, deadlines, and procedures. It is the primary source of information for citizens covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) regarding the procedures for registering to vote, requesting a ballot, and voting in their state or territory of legal residence. The VAG is regularly updated to accommodate state changes. An errata sheet will be available once the hardcopy has been published. Check here for a list of all changes to the hard copy of the VAG since publication. The online version below is up to date.
You will notice a change in layout from past editions. A summary of these changes can be found here.
