Page 111:Block 4.c: Replace the 1st sentence with the following:
Maine allows you to receive your ballot by mail or electronically via download from a secure website or by fax.
Under "How and Where to Submit Your FPCA" replace the fax number "5874" with "5428" as indicated below:
If you choose to fax your FPCA, fax the form directly to the election official at 207-287-5428 or toll-free within the United States at 877-443-1302.
Page 112, under "Voting Your Ballot", 4th paragraph: Delete the 1st sentence and replace the 2nd sentence with the following:
If you are unable to return your voted ballot by mail by the deadline, contact the Maine Division of Elections by email at UOVAVA.CEC@maine.gov, or fax to 207-287-5428 or toll-free in the U.S. to 1-877-443-1302 to receive authorization and instructions to submit the FWAB electronically.
