Communicating with Voters on FPCA Status

Local election officials can communicate with voters regarding their FPCA application staus by using a postcard notification. It allows the local election official to inform the voter that:

• Their Federal Post Card Application has been received
• Their Federal Post Card Application has been accepted
• More information is required to process the Federal Post Card Application
• Their Federal Post Card Application has been denied, with cause

The postcard is available in PDF format. The file is optimized to print a double-sided copy on an Avery Form 8387 postcard for Ink Jet Printers. Office Depot Item Number 915-895 or equivalent can also be used.
